Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Arcadeus Entertainment LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an event or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Payment Terms
All payments are due at the time of booking. We do not accept cash or checks for private event packages. For public events, cash may be accepted on a pay-per-play basis only.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of any event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made beyond 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel an event for any reason. These reasons could be, but are not limited to, inclement weather, extreme temperatures, insufficient staffing for an event, violation of our user conduct guidelines laid out below, or inadequate or unsafe space for play provided. If we cancel an event due to misconduct, a refund will not be offered.
If an event is canceled for a reason other than misconduct, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, we may issue a full refund at our sole discretion.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, government regulations, labor strikes, unidentified hostile forces, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the event, but refunds will be issued at our discretion.
User Conduct Expectations
All participants and event attendees are to behave respectfully toward staff, our equipment, and other guests. Players are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
- No abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior towards staff or other attendees.
- No intentional misuse or damage of equipment.
- No cheating or breaking any rules of the game, including covering sensors, using equipment for unintended purposes, or deliberately moving outside the bounds of the playing area if a playing area has been established.
Any violation of these expectations may result in players being barred from participation and/or immediate termination of the event without a refund, depending on the severity of the violation. We reserve the right to bar players from participation for any reason, even for reasons not specified above.
Property Use Policy
By using our services, you are allowing us to park a vehicle on the premises specified when you booked your event, setup necessary equipment including but not limited to inflatable cover, tables, flags, lights, sandbags, ground stakes, electrical power stations and extension cords. You are acknowledging that our vehicle(s) and equipment will be setup on the premises for the allotted time booked as well as a reasonable amount of time before and after the event necessary for setup and tear-down of the equipment. You acknowledge that you are responsible for getting permission, if necessary, to use the premises that you have specified when you booked your event.
Liability
All players must read and sign our liability waiver prior to playing. Parents or legal guardians must sign for any players under the age of 18.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved under Tennessee law.
Legal Disclaimer
These Terms of Service are intended to outline our policies regarding payment, cancellations, liability, and service usage. However, they do not supersede or override any applicable federal, state, or local laws. In cases where legal regulations grant additional rights beyond these terms, those laws shall apply.
