FAQ

What is mobile laser tag?

Unlike traditional laser tag, mobile laser tag doesn’t have a set location. Instead, we bring the equipment needed to setup a temporary arena wherever you need us. This could be a back or front yard at your residence, a gymnasium at your school or church, or any other sizable indoor or outdoor area. We bring our laser taggers, inflatables for cover, speakers for playing music, and any other equipment we need. We’ll bring our own power source, so you won’t need to worry about that! Our operators will handle setup of the equipment and will run the games.

Are your laser taggers safe?

Yes. While we call them “laser” taggers, they don’t actually use lasers. Instead, they use infrared lights, which are not visible to the naked eye and are functionally harmless. Our taggers also have rubber safety bumpers on the front and slings and grips to prevent accidental drops.

Is laser tag a safe game?

Yes. Laser tag is a non-contact sport, meaning players never need to make contact with each other during play. Also, there are no actual projectiles being thrown or kicked, so there is little risk of injury, probably even less than typical sports like basketball, soccer, or football. That being said, injuries are still possible. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before playing.

Where do you operate?

We currently operate out of Paris Tennessee. We service all of Henry county and the surrounding areas, including Murray, Martin, McKenzie, Huntingdon, and Camden. However, we are happy to travel further for you if needed. We do charge a reasonable travel fee for distances over 25 miles (see here for pricing breakdown).

Do you offer refunds?

We offer full refunds for events if the event is canceled at least 7 days before the event date. For cancellations beyond that, we do not offer refunds. See our full Cancellation and Refunds Policy in our Terms of Service here.

How much space is required to play?

We recommend at least a 30’x30′ square area of open space. Depending on the package, we also have maps available for a 40’x40′, 60’x40, 60’x60′, or 84’x50′ space. If the space you have doesn’t work for these dimensions, in most cases we can figure something out that will.

What should you wear?

We recommend dressing for the weather. Wear cool, loose fitting clothing during the warmer months. During the colder months, gloves, hats, and jackets/coats may be necessary. We recommend wearing layers that are easy to take off/put back on, as body temperature will likely fluctuate during and between games.
